Travel Narrative

Hey from New Orleans ! (again) In this last series of posts on my recent trip to NOLA, I wanted to share memories from my trip through photos taken around the city. The idea to begin a travel and design blog stemmed from my love of travel and my work as an interior designer, but also as a way for me to document where I have visited and what I have taken from each city, culture and experience I've had. I've often  gone on trips just to take photos that stay on my MacBook, that never make it to my Instagram page, or that I only show my parents, siblings and friends.

Being a traveler who hails from New York, I've always felt a rush of excitement when coming back home to my vibrant, bustling and everyone always hustling city. I love to travel, but I do live in The Big Apple, a city that caters to millions of tourists a year. In this post, I've decided to write a little about my city, featuring a recent "trip" I took to the islands of New York (Roosevelt Island, that is).
