A private residence in Tribeca, this duplex loft was designed for a young couple who recently purchased their first apartment. Originally a two-bedroom, the apartment went through a complete renovation, with a hallway and two additional bedrooms, a study, two full baths, and a powder room added, creating a livable environment for the growing family. An airy living room with Vitseo Shelves, custom Sudare blinds, and two custom Casa Malaparte slipcovered sofas in a Dedar Milano linen sets up a cozy living space for entertaining. A full stainless steel kitchen fit for a chef opens up to the dining room, where a custom banquette and Jean Michel-Frank-inspired table are combined with vintage chairs from the 1940s.
