Designed for the loft of the VitraHaus in Basel, the lush landscape for living indoors is a surrealistic meditation on the tensions between inside and outside, public and private, old and new, modernity and adornment, uncanny and accurate. As a member of the design team, I assisted in developing custom items, such as accessories, artwork, and furnishings. Overseeing the procurement of various accessories, I managed the shipping process, coordinating with both VitraHaus and receivers to ship over ten boxes to Germany from New York during the Summer of 2020. Opened in September of that year, the exhibition was initially intended to run for just six months but has remained up and is now extended until Spring 2024.
